    來自日本鹿兒島的鮮味位於日本九州的最南端的鹿兒島,擁有肥沃的火山灰壤土,絕佳的氣候與空氣,使其成為日本著名產茶區之一。抹茶在生長的階段,需有霧氣的天然覆蓋,甚至要以竹簾遮光栽陪,也因此限了產量,但也進一步濃縮了鮮味成分。由於費時、費工,鹿兒島的有機茶僅佔其所有茶產量之五分之一,所以鹿兒島的有機抹茶更是相對稀有、珍貴。

     

    十段茶師監製日本最高級別的十段製茶名人公司總裁兼首席執行官-池田研太獲得了日本製茶最高級別的茶師十段的榮銜。目前全日本十段等級茶師僅有十五位。是歷史上第10位獲得十段茶師的人,這在製茶行業中是一項艱鉅的修行。(*截至2020年15人)

    日本抹茶泡茶方式1注入150cc,約80°C左右的溫開水2. 將2g(約一茶匙)抹茶粉放入茶碗中3.用茶筅緩慢輕柔地混合以分散抹茶粉,並用手腕來回4. 當抹茶表面刷出細緻泡沫,即可享用順滑香濃的抹茶*請陰涼通風處;開封後請儘速享用,並壓緊密封條,置於冰箱冷藏。簡便沖泡方式於茶碗或保溫瓶罐中,注入150cc.溫開水加入(約一茶匙)的抹茶粉,攪拌均勻即可享用可依個人喜好調整濃度、水溫,或等比例增減
