The term human rights are being increasing used by the people across geographical frontiers. Indicators of human rights are being taken recourse to by different agencies and organizations the world over to access the level of governance as well as the dignity and liberty being enjoyed by the people. In the process the phraseology of human rights is being sought to be understood by different stakeholders. Though of ancient vintage, it was termed as part of natural rights phraseology and only during the past century, particularly with the advent of the world wars, human rights came to gain in importance, partly due to its abuse and denial leading to violation in great measure. Initially though the comity of nations in the form of the United Nations did not devote much space in its charter, gradually with various bodies being set up including the charter bodies and the treaty bodies, human rights instruments came to be adopted at regular interval in order to respond to the demands of time. Considered in terms of their significance and importance it is of primordial necessity that such instruments are made easily accessible to people, primarily the stakeholders, the students, researchers, policy planners and lawmakers for them to gain a better appreciation of the different instruments. Hence this endeavour at making available the instruments considered of importance. The idea behind this present publication is to provide the readers and researchers with updated instruments.

*進入Kobo官網後的綁定流程請參考如下：

1. 當您在PChome 24h 網頁版(https://24h.pchome.com.tw/)/PChome APP版，購買確認後，並依步驟跳轉到Kobo官網時，下滑點選〔更多登錄選項〕，由〔PChome〕後點選進入，同意後登入，並可以註冊Kobo主帳號進行綁定，完成後，所購買的書籍即會出現在Kobo APP/Kobo 閱讀器/Kobo官網內的我的書籍。（使用快速登入：FACEBOOK、GOOGLE、APPLE帳號登入）
2. 當您在PChome 24h 網頁版(https://24h.pchome.com.tw/)/PChome APP版，購買確認後，並依指示跳轉到Kobo官網時，點選〔FACEBOOK、GOOGLE、APPLE帳號登入〕擇一登入，同意後登入，並可以註冊Kobo主帳號進行綁定，完成後，所購買的書籍即會出現在Kobo APP/Kobo 閱讀器/Kobo官網內的我的書籍。(二)如果您是已經完成PChome與Kobo帳號綁定程序，非第一次購買Kobo電子書的顧客

- 請注意，帳號綁定後：

* 帳號綁定後，您可以使用任一帳戶登入 Kobo
